De Novo Gallery is partnering with VIDA Fitness City Vista to bring you a Sunrise Yoga experience in the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood.

Join us outside the De Novo Gallery's Window Project featuring NY neon artist Esther Ruiz at 465 K Street NW Washington, DC for a 45 minute slow flow led by DC yogi Brendolyn Daniels, followed by breakfast and coffee after class.

***Exciting Update*** Artist Esther Ruiz will be visiting from NY and will join the yoga class! Don't miss this special opportunity to meet the artist.

Join us for an intimate discussion at Angelika Pop-Up Theater in Union Market with Marc as he shares insight into his creative process, inspiration, and latest works, including the ones on display at 450 Penn Street NE, Washington DC. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet the artist in person and gain a deeper understanding of his art.

After the talk, we will walk to 450 Penn Street NE where De Novo Gallery will open up the doors to the window gallery so you can see Marc' work up close.

There is free parking for up to three hours throughout Union Market.

A conversation with Alex Ebstein

Join us for an artist talk with Alex Ebstein on Tuesday, August 20 from 7-8 PM. Her work is currently featured in Synthetic Dawn, an exhibition currently showing at De Novo gallery until August 31st.

Alex Ebstein is an artist and curator based in Baltimore, Maryland. She received her MFA from Towson University in 2015 and her BA in Studio Art from Goucher College in 2007. Recent solo exhibitions include Victori + Mo Gallery, Brooklyn, New York, Cuevas Tilleard, New York, New York, Frutta Gallery in Rome, Italy, and Kent Place Gallery in Kent, New Jersey. Ebstein has been featured in a number of group exhibitions including Trestle Gallery, Greenpoint Terminal Gallery, Crossing Collective, Guerrero Gallery and Loyal Gallery. Her work has received write-ups in The New York Times, FastCo, Self Magazine, Baltimore Beat, City Paper, Beautiful Decay and Aft F City. In addition to her studio practice, Ebstein is the founder and director of three galleries in Baltimore since 2009; Nudashank, Phoebe, and Resort. Ebstein is also the newly appointed Direct of Exhibitions and Curator at Goucher College. @alex_ebstein
